How the Battle Bracket works
Everyone who seeds plays — no cut

Seed in during the window
When seeding opens, you get one solve on the same scramble as everyone else. Your time is your seed— it sets where you land in the bracket, not whether you're in it. Didn't finish in time? You still play, just seeded last.

Get placed in a 4-person room
The field is snake-seeded into rooms of four, so the fastest cubers are spread across the draw and can only meet in later rounds.

Battle an average — top 2 advance
Everyone in the room does an Ao5 — five solves on shared scrambles (best of 3 for 6×6 and 7×7). The two best averages move on; the other two are out.

Rounds narrow to a champion
Winners fill the next round's rooms — quarterfinals → semifinals → final — until one cuber takes the title.

Once battles start, the live bracket map shows every room, clock, and advancement in real time — no login needed to spectate.
